Anonymous asked: why are all the lenses only available in plano now?
Tokioshine has decided to temporarily stop selling prescription circle lenses for the time being to expand on their Asian beauty products.
eeshnoonieee-deactivated2010102 asked: How do you pay for the lenses at Tokioshine.com?
You either pay for them via Paypal, or concealed cash.
Anonymous asked: Does ur candy doll grey really show up well in ur eye and when its in ur eye does it really big effect that makes u look like an alien?
If you have dark brown eyes like I do, then not really. People have told me that it looks sort of blue instead of grey. It all depends on how big your eyes are, but for me, it does still look normal, since my eyes are more slanted, and less of a circular shape, so you see less of the top half/bottom half of the lens, and focus on just the middle.
Anonymous asked: Well I meant that if circle lenses are hard to put on, would having regular contacts (regular diameter) be the same as in hard to put on..? Does the diameter affect it ? Every time I place my lenses in, either the top part or bottom part fold. I'm guessing the diameter is too big for my eye.
Regular contacts have the same diameter, if you weren’t aware. I know my regular American contacts are 14.00. Some even come in 14.2 etc, like circle lenses. I find circle lenses a lot easier to put on because they tend to be a little bit thicker than regular clear contacts. What diameter is your lenses? 14.00 is the smallest size. Maybe your contacts are dry, that’s why they tend to move/fall out. You might also have them inside out if theyre folding.
kaitlynnle asked: What would you recommend for someone who has dark brown eyes that's looking for some nice colors and designs?
Well I’d definitely purchase circle lenses that are 14.00 in diameter because that’s the smallest size they come in. Then you can see if buying larger sized lenses will look right on you. Well circle lenses are just like regular contacts, all care should exercised exactly the same for all contacts. People generally buy GEO lenses since GEO is the most popular brand of circle lenses. The two most popular series of that brand is the Angel and Nudy series. You can usually find reviews on specific circle lenses on YouTube, so you can always get an idea of how they look like to help your decision on purchasing the lenses you want! Exactly what I said to anonymous haha. Though I’d have to say the Nudy series colors tend to show up more.
Anonymous asked: What are toric lenses? What is astigmatism?
Toric lenses are for people with astigmatism. If you’re not aware of what astigmatism is, then you most likely don’t have it. So don’t worry about it :]
Your eye doctor would have told you if you did have it.
Anonymous asked: For someone who has dark brown eyes and that has never worn circle lenses before, what would be good circle lenses to start with and what color would actually show through?

Anonymous asked: What lenses do you have? And what do you think about the whole circle lenses controversy recently?
I currently have:
I think the controversy is dumb as fuck. They make it sound like people only receive eye infections because of circle lenses. Eye infections are caused by all contacts, that’s what they fail to mention. News reporters are just reporting on this because they don’t have nothing else to do, and all they’ve just been doing is try to make people piss in their pants and bash on websites and people who wear circle lenses. Stupid people who don’t take care of their contact lenses and eyes will do injury to their eyes, with any type of contacts. Don’t think that just because you purchase your contacts from your eye doctor that there aren’t any risks.
I don’t blame anyone only buying circle lenses for vision correction. I mean have you see the prices for a year supply of American contact lenses? People spend between 100-300 a year.
Anonymous asked: can you provide a quick review on the Dueba MX21 Green lenses? thanks :)
Well for text review, I’d say the Dueba MX21 Green lenses aren’t all that great. Especially if you have dark brown eyes like I do. The design is unique, but you won’t notice it very much at all in natural/indoor lighting if you do have dark brown eyes. I’ve worn those lenses a few times, and I do like how they’re very comfortable. For color/design on dark brown eyes I would not buy them, but if you have lighter eyes then they should most likely appear more.
So for color/design - 2/5
Comfort & Dryness - 5/5
Enlargement - 5/5
Even if they’re 14.00 in dia. they still give a pretty large effect.
